Where should I give?

Life Giving is releasing God’s grace through surrendered obedience.

The Bible teaches that the tithe is to be brought to the local church where you belong.

Malachi 3:10 (ESV)

10 Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.

Acts 4:34–35 (ESV)

34 There was not a needy person among them, for as many as were owners of lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold 35 and laid it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to each as any had need.

Jesus made it clear that the church was the hope of the world (Matthew 16:18).

When you give to the local church your tithe moves from your hands to the ends of the earth. You are investing in Kingdom work both locally and globally. From the local food pantry to feeding orphans in Africa. From joining our local worship gatherings to ministering to churches in China. From our local television broadcast to internet broadcast around the world; from children’s choir to children worshiping in Tanzania. From students gathered in the Venue to world changing missions trips.

Tithing is not man’s idea but God’s. Through giving to the local church we all partner together to advance His kingdom both locally and globally.

When His heart fills our heart, our hands release His hope for the world.
